I could spend a long time being mesmerized by the floating bubbles, but I could never capture one. As soon as I touched it, it would disappear.

I understand why a person might be suspicious of God’s offer of free forgiveness. It is free, to be sure, but you should know that there is also a catch

I think there are at least two reasons why becoming a Christian is scary.

In spite of all that God had given them, Adam and Eve wanted more. They believed the lie that they could become their own gods (i.e. be in charge) if they just disobeyed the Creator.

Many of you probably don’t read the Bible regularly because you aren’t convinced of the benefits. When you do try to read it, it feels like digging a trench for no apparent reason.

The presence of God is terrifying because He is pure and holy, and because He hates everything that is not pure and holy. That should scare us because none of us are as good as God.

With all the ways that different religions are the same, you may be wondering why I chose to follow Jesus Christ.

Jesus had the power to get whatever He wanted, so why did He pray so much?
